Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using APHELION, you agree to these Terms and, when you access APHELION Materials, the APHELION Commercial License. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, or use the service or APHELION Materials.
Accounts
Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Unless APHELION expressly offers a team or organization plan, an individual membership is for one named user. Account sharing and use intended to bypass appropriate access are prohibited. The Commercial License governs limited project-specific access by clients and contractors.
Annual membership
APHELION Pro is an annual subscription. Memberships started during the founding window are billed at $79 per year and automatically renew at $79 per year until canceled. New memberships started after the founding window are billed at the $129 public annual rate and automatically renew at that rate until canceled. Stripe securely processes payment and subscription billing.
Cancellation and paid access
You may cancel through Account → Manage billing in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and membership access continues through that date. A failed, reversed, or unpaid renewal may end premium access. Rights for Licensed Projects created while membership was active are governed by the Commercial License.
Materials and commercial use
APHELION Materials are licensed, not sold. Commercial projects, client work, modifications, Build Spec use, membership expiration, and redistribution restrictions are governed by Commercial License v1.0 and any package-specific THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES or separate licenses. These Terms do not grant rights broader than that License.
Service availability
APHELION may update or discontinue service features or materials as the archive evolves. An active membership may provide new releases and updates, but no particular object, package, technology, or release is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
Privacy
APHELION uses account, billing, product, and first-party analytics data as described in the Privacy notice. Checkout acceptance records contain the account identifier, accepted document versions, Stripe Checkout Session identifier, context, and timestamp; APHELION does not add payment-card details to those records.

Relationship to the License
These Terms govern account administration, subscriptions, payments, renewal, cancellation, privacy, and acceptable service use. The Commercial License principally governs permitted and prohibited use of APHELION Materials. If they conflict regarding usage rights, the Commercial License controls solely with respect to those rights.
